Part image Engine oil pan update kit. Includes updated steel bottom pan (without hole for level sender), updated oil pump pickup tube and also drain plug and seal. This kit will update your car to the more durable late-model pan with a steel bottom to reduce chances of breakage on impact and also lessen chances of stripping the threads on the oil drain plug. A new oil pump pickup tube is included to complete the update. This kit is recommended by VW in their Technical Bulletin 17-04-05. This pan does not have a hole for the oil level sensor.
