Return Policy

All returns require an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. Please contact us by email or phone to obtain one. The RGA# must be marked clearly on the outside of the returned package.

Generally, parts may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.  Electrical parts, tools, and repair manuals may not be returned. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, unless the return is the result of our error.

Returns must be returned as new, uninstalled, and in the original packaging. Please do not write on or affix any labels to the original product packaging. All parts must be shipped in an outer shipping box in order to preserve the original product packaging. If parts do not arrive to us in new, salable condition, your refund with be forfeited in its entirety. It may take up to a week for returns to be processed and credit issued. Once credit is issued it may take up to five business days for your financial institute to recognize that the funds are available.
